Sneak Past Your Competition Before They Even Know You are There

Ninjas use evasion and camouflage to their advantage.  They blend in with the environment while focusing on achieving their goal.  This method, applied to your business can yield significant entrepreneur profit.  Your more established competition is always going to think that you, the lowly startup is not a significant threat to their way of life.  The larger your competitor the more likely they are to not notice you nibbling around the edges of their market.

The loneliest time that a ninja would spend would be the while they were waiting for the right time to complete their mission.  You, the entrepreneur, who is driven by helping society and making a profit, must learn how to wait patiently.  You must learn what to do while you wait.

There are actions that you take to move toward your goal while you wait patiently.  Waiting patiently includes doing the right thing to prepare you for the next phase of the mission.

Learn the right information, develop the best business systems, assemble the best team - it doesn't matter what you do while you are waiting.  What matters is that what you do moves you forward towards your goal.

Move quietly to the position to launch the final phase of your mission.  To a ninja this was a time of extreme alertness, stamina, and energy.  It is a time of attention to all the details.  Everything is noticed because anything may have to be used to accomplish the mission.

In the final phase - launch with speed and certainty.  Stealth will get you in position, but when it is time to land that big account - be decisive and strike fast and hard.  Don't waiver or hesitate.  Be totally focused on the accomplishment of the task at hand.

Be bold!  You cannot be too bold.

"Boldness, directed by an overruling intelligence, is the stamp of the hero."

                                              -  Karl von Clausewitz

Boldness and audacity are essential when you strike.  Strike at your competitors' weakness.  A ninja always seeks an opportunity to strike which is to their advantage.  He carefully observes and gathers information long before he engages his competitor in battle.   He uses tools and methods to help identify the competitor's weakness.

You must do the same.  Gain information and identity a weakness of your competitor that can become an opportunity for you.  Do a SWOT analysis.

Once you have this information create your plan, develop your support, position your business to strike, and then DO IT!  Do it fast and furious.  Your competition will watch what is happening in shock while you watch your bank account grow in awe.
